General Terms and Conditions:
For any Sale and/or Purchase above the mandated limit as defined by the Govt. from time to time, a copy of PAN Card of customer (self-attested) is mandatory along with address proof.
COD ( Cash on Delivery) is accepted only on items below INR 50,000/-
Any information, details etc. regarding the bill shall only be entertained to the person in whose name bill was issued.
The Customer must quote the Invoice no for any repair and/or return of Jewellery/Article/Product etc.
The Company does not guarantee or shall adhere to conditions of return/refund if the goods are found broken, altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition at the time of return/refund. That this clause shall supersede the terms and conditions as mentioned in return/refund policy.
Jewellery is prone to normal wear and tear due to usage and no credits shall be given for weight loss of jewellery due to wear and tear.
No taxes including but not limited to GST shall be refunded after 14 days at the time of return/refund of jewellery/product/article. That this clause shall supersede the terms and conditions as mentioned in return / refund policy.
Refund/return shall only be granted after due examination of product by the Quality Control team and shall be issued by way of an “Account Payee “ cheque /NEFT/RTGS /Credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking) or any other suitable mode of bank transfer. Refund shall be issued only in favour of person whose name was mentioned on the Invoice at the time of sale
All disputes are subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only.
Any mistake in printing of bill or product not matching with the bill can be clarified or rectified within one week/ 7 days of purchase. No complaints or clarifications shall be entertained after one week of purchase/sale.
The Company reserves the right to alter its terms and conditions as required under any law in force prevailing at the time of transaction/event.
The customer may cancel the order/s within 24 hours of making the purchase (i.e. date of Invoice). After 24 hours of Purchases the terms and conditions as mentioned under the Lifetime Returns of Hazoorilal Legacy Products shall be applicable.
IGST ( if any charged ) shall be levied @3% on Sale value in case of all interstate transactions.
SGST@1.5% and CGST @1.5% ( if any charged ) shall be levied in all other cases.
Lifetime Returns
Lifetime Returns of Hazoorilal Legacy Products:
Stringent quality control practices are in place to ensure that the product reaches you safely. You may however return or exchange the product in any of the following scenarios:
In case of a defect in the product
If you received a wrong order
If the product does not fit your size
Please note, products for returns shall only be accepted if unworn, and in its original packaging with the boxes. Return process will only be initiated if the Quality Control team at Hazoorilal Legacy team deems it fit. Each return will be judged on the following parameters:
The product should not have been broken altered, mishandled, heated, treated chemically, or otherwise not found in good/ tradable condition.
Gross; net weight of the product
Check for wear and tear & damage to the product
Return Policy for Hazoorilal Legacy Diamond Jewellery:
100% of the sale/billed value (including GST) will be refunded on requests received within 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer
For return of the products after 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer, 30% would be deducted from the sale/billed value. No taxes such as GST etc levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to the customer in such scenario..
Refund shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of confirmation of return by Hazoorilal Legacy.
Refund/Return shall only be granted after due examination of product by the quality control team and shall be issued by way of an “Account Payee “ cheque /NEFT/RTGS /Credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking) or any other suitable mode of bank transfer. Return Policy for Hazoorilal Legacy Jadau Kundan, Polki Jewellery:
100% of the sale/billed value (including GST) will be refunded on requests received within 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer.
For return of the products after 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer, 30% would be deducted from the sale/billed value. No taxes such as GST etc levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to the customer in such scenario.
Refund shall be processed within 14 working days from the date of intimation by Hazoorilal Legacy.
Refund/Return shall only be granted after due examination of product by the Quality Control team and shall be issued by way of an “Account Payee “ cheque /NEFT/RTGS /Credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card/ Net banking) or any other suitable mode of bank transfer. Refund shall be issued only in favour of person whose name was mentioned on the Invoice at the time of sale.
Return Policy for Hazoorilal Legacy Plain Gold Jewellery:
100% of the sale/billed value (including GST) will be refunded on requests received within 14 days from the receipt of the product by the customer.
100% buy back on net weight of Gold at current/prevailing buying rate of Gold( ie only GOLD BUYING RATE x NET WT OF GOLD) on the date of confirmation of return by Hazoorilal Legacy in case of returns after 14 days. No taxes such as GST etc levied on the Invoice shall be refunded back to the customer in such scenario.

Disclaimer
The contents of this bill for gold, diamond, color stones, gross weight, net weight are mentioned with the best of our knowledge and standards using techniques and means available at the relevant time in accordance to the usual accessing methods available at the relevant time. The Opinion may vary as to the characteristics and names mentioned in the bill. Hence, neither Hazoorilal Legacy (M/s Hazoorilal and Sons Jewellers Pvt Ltd.) nor any member of the staff shall be held liable or responsible for any discrepancy/errors or omissions in the bill and/or all related documents.
Confirmation and Declaration by the Customer
I/we hereby confirm and declare that the goods as mentioned in this invoice under the head “item-SKU” were purchased by me/us from legitimate sources. That this transaction does not involve any money laundering, terror funding and/or Benami transaction under Indian or International law in force. I/we shall solely be responsible for infringement of any law in force on account of aforesaid purchase. Copy of all documents including Pan Card, any ID proof, Aadhar Card (if submitted), Passport, etc. are genuine and is valid on the date of transaction and/or submission of documents.
I/We hereby confirm that I/We have read and understood all the terms and conditions as mentioned in this the website before the product was bought and have agreed to the same.
